Boarding will begin 30 minutes prior to departure time

Each guest is allowed two pieces of luggage (50 lbs or less) at no charge. Additional cargo space is available for $50 per extra bag, subject to availability.

Passengers are allowed one suit case under 50 pounds and 1 carry-on per person. Total combined weight cannot exceed 60 pounds. Bicycles, instruments etc. are allowable but all luggage is subject to the total weight capacity listed above. Additional freight tickets may be purchased in increments of 200lbs for $50 per ticket. All freight must be hand-carried.

Animals must be properly contained in an approved carrier. Note that the carrier must remain on an outside deck due to allergies (with the exception of service animals). There is no charge for a certified service animal accompanying a person with a disability. Please notify our reservations agent if you are traveling with a certified service animal.

Marijuana: Please note that regardless of recent measures in the state of Alaska that have decriminalized recreational use of marijuana, it remains a prohibited substance under federal law. Federal law prohibits possession and transportation of marijuana.

Explosives, highly flammable materials, corrosives, etc. may not be transported.

Guns must be in a locked hard case and stored in the wheelhouse.

Unfortunately, due to the harbors and facilities that are utilized for these operations, wheelchairs cannot be accommodated. If guests are able to negotiate steps and short distances without being carried, accommodations may be possible. Inquire at time of booking.
