- The dock the tour departs from is conveniently across from the Four Points Sheraton.
- Guests should meet 15 minutes prior to departure time.
- Tour duration is approximately 7 hours. All tour timing is approximate.
- Downtown Juneau offers various parking options including street parking, parking garages, and designated lots. Explore convenient choices near your destination.

- Dress in layers to enjoy the outside observation deck. Rain jacket, hat and gloves recommended.
- Sunglasses are highly recommended, even on cloudy days, as the glacier’s bright reflection can still be noticeable.

- Picnic style lunch is included: sandwich, chips, apple, and cookie. Dietary requests or accommodations must be sent over with at least 48-hour notice. We are able to provide gluten free, veggie, or vegan options upon request. All allergies should be noted on questionnaire when completing checkout.

**In the event unpredictable and ever-changing ice conditions preclude entry into Tracy Arm Fjord, the tour will be modified to explore Endicott Arm, a fjord and tidewater glacier of equal beauty.

- Age Restrictions: We love having guests of all ages aboard! For parents with little ones, here’s some extra info: Babies and toddlers might not enjoy the long tour or the snug boat space. There is no service onboard. We do require guests who choose to watch shows on personal devices, wear headphones. No changing tables or stroller space onboard. Kids under two join for free, but they need a ticket per Coast Guard rules.
- Accessibility: This tour is not wheelchair accessible. Participants may have to walk up to 150-yards and negotiate 3-4 steps with non-lifting assistance to embark tour vessel. Once onboard minimal walking is required.
- Motion Sickness: Persons sensitive to motion sickness may wish to take medication at least one hour prior to the tour departure time.

- Cancellation Policy:
- No refund if you cancel less than 48 hours prior to the tour date.
- If the tour is cancelled by the operator for any reason, the customer will receive a full refund.
- Booking Fees are non-refundable.
- Tour Minimums: Tours do need to reach a minimum capacity to operate. We will contact guests 48 hours in advance if the tour has not reached a minimum.

- We do not allow the use of drones onboard.
