On this voyage, our top priority is to deliver excellent wildlife viewing in a condensed time frame, so you are able to enjoy an action-packed day while visiting Sitka!
Tour Highlights:
- Sitka Sound is home to the greatest variety of wildlife in Southeast Alaska -sea otters, whales, sea lions, porpoises, harbor seals, brown bears, puffins, bald eagles, and more.
- Throughout the voyage an onboard naturalist will provide educational enrichment regarding local flora and fauna, history, and Alaska Native culture.
- While sea otter and whale viewing is our top priority on this tour, you may also have an opportunity to view and photograph other notable features of the area, including Mount Edgecumbe, Saint Lazaria and more!
- Every voyage is unique, custom-designed by your experienced Alaskan captain and crew. You’ll have the opportunity to view sea otters, humpback whales, orca, sea lions, porpoises, seals, eagles, and more!

- Crescent Harbor, 330 Harbor Drive, Sitka, Alaska
- Guests should meet 15 minutes prior to departure time.
- Tour duration is 2 hours. All tour timing is approximate.

- Dress in layers to enjoy the outside observation deck. Rain jacket, hat and gloves recommended.

- This tour is not wheelchair accessible. Participants may have to walk up to 150-yards and negotiate 3-4 steps with non-lifting assistance to embark tour vessel. Once onboard minimal walking is required.

- Cancellation Policy: A $10 per person processing fee will be charged for cancellations made after booking is confirmed. No refund for cancellation made less than 48 hours prior to departure. If a tour is cancelled by the operator for any reason, the customer will receive a full refund.
- Tour Minimums: Tours do need to reach a minimum capacity to operate. We will contact guests 48 hours in advance if the tour has not reached a minimum.

- USD Cash and credit cards. Beer, wine, cocktails, soda, and Alaskan-made retail products may be available for purchase on select vessels.
- Don’t forget your camera to capture your beautiful surroundings, and wildlife! Be sure to tag us on social!

- Persons sensitive to motion sickness may wish to take medication at least one hour prior to the tour departure time.
- Tips are accepted onboard for a job well done but are in no way required. Crew are able to accept tips via cash or card.

- While we cannot guarantee wildlife sightings in the wilds of Alaska, we’re proud to share that our tours have an impressive 99.9% success rate in wildlife viewing. However, it’s important to emphasize that there are no guarantees when it comes to observing wild animals in their natural habitat.
